Incorporated in March 1926 by Conrad Yeager, we have been owned and operated by the same family for over 85 years.
Originally located on Spring Garden Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, we moved to Zelienople, PA, in 1983 to expand operations. In 2000 we completed a brand new facility to include administrative, production, and a new storage facility, which was completed August of 2001.
In mid-2011, we expanded once again to a new location in New Castle, PA, which serves as our storage and distribution center. All production is handled at our Zelienople location, which now has enhanced facilities to meet federal regulations, allergen separation requirements, and to increase our production capacity to meet ever increasing demand.
In the Spring of 2012, we relocated our retail outlet from our Zelienople plant to nearby (3 miles) Evans City, PA. This allowed us to dedicate more space to production as well as much more space for our retail product inventory. We introduced Saturday hours to better meet demand and we've greatly improved our check-out process to serve you quickly.
In the Fall of 2012, we opened another retail outlet in our New Castle, PA distribution center and have plans for further expansion.
We offer only the freshest spices, specialty items, and seasonings, backed by superior support and technical knowledge. If you need spices for home cooking or meat processing (fresh sausage, curing, smoking), would like to start a meat processing business, or expand an existing meat business with new items, we can take you from start to finish! We have a long history of doing so.
